‘AVK Press’ principal activity is the production of a variety of parts and blanks from iron-based powder structural materials GOST 28378-89 (ISO 5755-2-87, ISO 5755-3-87) and iron-based powder antifriction materials GOST 26802-86.
   Application of the powder metallurgy technology allows producing parts to near net shape and in certain cases to net shape. Our equipment and technical possibilities permit to produce parts with pressing area up to 49 cm², height up to 55 mm and weight ranging from 20g to 3,500g.
   80 % our work implies execution of customers’ orders. We can produce tools according to customers' specifications and technical drawings; work up technical drawings for any part; provide machining and resin-alcohol impregnation services to the finished products and blanks in order to enhance products’ physical properties.
The factory can deliver products to the customer. All articles have necessary documents which correspond to the Ukrainian legislation.

For gas-and-oil producing industry: cases of an accumulative charge on a basis of iron, iron-based gaskets (rings) for compressor gas fillers and gas engine compressors. For mining industry: extra complex parts for cases of the explosion-proof equipment, over 5 dimension-types of iron-based, with unique properties lugs, clutches, nests, labyrinths for the explosion-proof equipment. Bushings, rings, brackets, clutches, starter parts, gearwheels for vehicles "AZLK", "LAZ", "KrAZ", "Bogdan", «ZIL», "KamAZ", "VAZ".
   Products, spare parts and components for machines and gears, assemblies and aggregates, produced for agriculture, shoe, food, woodworking, oil-refining industries etc. are also widely represented.
   Factory’s products have passed voluntary quality certification which confirms that the items produced by the factory, undergo the control of conformity to requirements of the standard documentation of the Ukrainian legislation, and also «АVK Press» has implemented quality management system according to international standard ISO 9001-2008.
